Centennial received a five-year job order contract award from Purdue University West Lafayette Campus in Indiana, a prestigious university that is known as one of the nation’s leading research institutions. The contract has an annual maximum of $4 million a year and allows Centennial to perform a wide variety of construction projects to support Purdue University’s 2008–2013 Strategic Plans and its goal of becoming a great global university. Purdue University is a coeducational, state-assisted system in Indiana. Founded in 1869, the university is currently ranked 24th in the nation in the latest U.S. News & World Report’s top 50 public universities survey. We are proud to serve Purdue, its faculty and students, and its purchasing and facilities teams.

NICC JV, a joint venture of North Island Corporation and Centennial Contractors, was awarded two NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic job order contracts. Each contract has a potential annual volume of $20 million per year and each is for a five-year term. The contracts cover important Navy facilities in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

KCDA Purchasing Cooperative awarded Centennial Contractors it's first ever Job Order Contract. King County founded this cooperative in 1938 to provide school board members in Washington with better choices for purchasing quality services and products. This is a three year opportunity for Centennial to serve the 296 public school districts and the many municipalities that are members of KCDA. We are excited about the opportunity to partner with KCDA in the success of their first JOC program.

Centennial has added a new Federal client to its portfolio with the award of the new Design-Build IDIQ for U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). This contract gives us an opportunity to serve USFWS in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. Work under the contract will include design build opportunities for our Custom Solutions service team. As one of four contractors that received awards, we expect the annual volume to be approximately $4million on this five-year contract.

Centennial's contract award is for supporting NASA under our new Multiple Award Task Order Contract covering Johnson Space Center (JSC), Sonny Carter Training Facility, and Ellington Field. This new contract has an estimated annual value of around $10 million shared with other contractors.

We have started 2007 with important new contract wins that include a continuation of our existing relationship with the State of Washington Department of General Administration. The successful reprocurement of our contract with the State of Washington Department of General Administration allows us to work throughout Washington for this customer for an additional three years. This has been an excellent customer for Centennial and we are excited for the opportunity to grow our relationship with them.

Centennial was awarded two additional job order contracts for school districts in Maryland and Arizona – evidence that an increasing number of districts see the tremendous value of job order contracting. Our most recent school award is for Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) in Maryland. Under our contract with Loudoun County Public Schools, we have been performing work for PGCPS for a number of years. PGCPS issued a solicitation for their own three-year job order contract to which we responded and were selected. PGCPS is the second largest school system in Maryland and the 18th largest in the nation. With an enrollment of more than 134,000 students, it is among the largest and most diverse in the nation. We are extremely pleased to continue to serve PGCPS as their job order contractor and look forward to continuing our partnership. Our other school award is for Flagstaff Unified School District (USD) in Arizona. The district has approximately 11,500 students and is comprised of 22 schools, including three high schools, four middle schools, five magnet schools, nine elementary schools, and two alternative schools.

Centennial was successful in receiving awards for all three of the regions for which we submitted a proposal on the New Mexico Cooperative Educational Services (CES) Job Order Contract. The multiple award contract will serve CES JOC regions located in the northern part of New Mexico, is for one year with three option years, has an estimated volume of $12 million annually, and will supplement work our Albuquerque office is currently performing for CES on an existing statewide JOC.

Our most recent award with our Joint Venture Partner, Sentinel Industries, is a regional job order contract with the U.S. Navy, primarily in northwest Washington, but with the possibility of work being performed in other states in the NW region. The majority of work is expected to take place at Naval Base Kitsap at Bremerton, Naval Base Kitsap at Bangor, and Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Work will also be performed in Naval Reserve Centers throughout the region. The contract was awarded to Northwest McGrath JV, a joint venture between Sentinel Industries and Centennial.

Montgomery County awarded Centennial with a four-year job order contract for the repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, and construction of infrastructure, buildings owned by the county, and includes availability to the Montgomery County Public School system. Montgomery County is located in Maryland just north of Washington, DC. Montgomery is the most populous jurisdiction in Maryland and is one of the most affluent counties in the nation.

The University of Washington (UW) awarded Centennial a job order contract for services to the University at the main campus in Seattle, the UW-Tacoma, and other locations operated by the university. This JOC is for construction, renovation, repair and alteration projects for classroom, research, laboratory, medical, administrative, sports, and other facilities throughout the UW system. Founded in 1861, the University of Washington is one of the oldest state-supported institutions of higher education on the West Coast and is one of the preeminent research universities in the world.
