Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a method of managing multiple details of renovation, rehabilitation, repair and other construction projects on a predetermined set of pricing and standards. By using JOC, customers take advantage of a simplified process that is fast and responsive to their needs while providing excellent quality in construction.

Centennial Contractors Enterprises, Inc. specializes in the management and performance of Job Order Contracts. Our first JOC program, in 1989, was with the Department of Defense at the Pentagon. Since then we have prided ourselves on the level of support we’ve been able to provide to our clients using the JOC program. Centennial has completed over 17,000 individual job orders worth more than $1.3 Billion and constructed or renovated more than 200 million square feet of office space, training and classroom facilities, recreation facilities, housing units, hospitals, military bases and industrial space. Centennial is currently performing work on various projects at over 150 military installations, schools, universities and state/municipal government facilities nationwide.

JOC is a proven, effective means to accomplish construction work on existing or new facilities.
