The ZERO Punch Lists Club
Rewarding an exemplary achievement

The ZERO Punch Lists Club recognizes and rewards Centennial project team non-craft employees for exemplary achievement in completing orders with no remaining punch list items. To become a member of the club, the project team must complete at least ten orders all having no punch list items remaining on the date of the originally scheduled Owner’s Final Inspection as well as meeting other criteria.

The 100% Club
Recognizing superior performance in the completion of delivery orders on or ahead of schedule

The 100% Club recognizes and rewards Centennial project team non-craft employees for superior performance in the completion of delivery orders on or ahead of schedule. The team must validate that they have completed 100% of the orders ahead of schedule for the calendar year as well as meeting other criteria.

The 4.0 Club
Rewarding outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction

The 4.0 Club recognizes and rewards Centennial project team non-craft employees for achieving high levels of satisfaction. The team must have received an average grade of 4.0 (perfect grade) on the Centennial Customer Satisfaction Survey as well as meeting other criteria.
