- Once a resume, project list and application have been submitted to HR it will be reviewed for 1-3 days.
- Qualified applications will receive a phone call by a member of the HR team. Unqualified applicants can expect either an email or post card that their information will be kept on file.
- Once the HR phone screen is complete, candidates will receive a questionnaire based upon position of interest to be completed and sent back to HR within the week
- Once the questionnaire has been returned, HR will submit all of the candidate’s paperwork and write up to the Project Executive at the site of choice.
- The Project Executive will review the submissions for anywhere between 3-7 business days and then make a decision how they would like to proceed. Candidates that do not pass the prescreen will be notified by HR by phone, email or mail.
- Candidates moving forward will have either a face to face interview with the Project Executive or an initial phone interview for out of town candidates followed by scheduling to fly candidates in for a face to face interview (typically interviews are set within the next week, time tables may vary based upon what schedules permit).
- HR will check the candidate’s references, within 1-2 business days.
- Verbal Offers will be made within 1-5 days business days following face to face interviews. Note: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen.
- Written offers will be mailed following verbal offer via Fed Ex.
