 On several occasions over the course of the Fire Alarm, Annunciator Panel Installation, and Facilities Office project at Shoreline Community College, Centennial provided outstanding performance and ensured that obstacles encountered on the project did not become or otherwise negatively impact project delivery.
Upon discovering project impacts Centennial made a point of:
- Communicating to and coordinating with our office and the owner, enabling the project stakeholders to appropriately plan and enable the project to continue to meet scheduling requirements.
- Communicating and coordinating with the project designer to ensure that qualitative and quantitative project restraints were appropriately addressed and requirements of the jurisdictional authority were met.
- Minimizing cost impacts - suggesting and implementing alternative methods and means that meet the performance objectives of the project - and provide the best value to Washington State.
Centennial always seems to come to the project prepared with solutions to challenges, flexibility and an open-mindedness - which has established a level of great trust between our organizations.
For all of the work that we have done on Shoreline Community College's campus - since the inception of Shoreline Community College's use of the Centennial's Job Order Contract with Washington State - we have come to count on Centennial's high reliability, professionalism, ethical execution of the work and conscientious attention to construction site safety and welfare of those workers, students and College personnel that must conduct business around and at the site.
