Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is a contracting agreement for services that do not procure or specify a quantity and that provides for issuance of job orders for the performance of fulfilling the service orders during the period of the contract. IDIQ does not necessarily have a dollar limit, other than the maximum budget limit determined for the particular agreement.
