Centennial and Choice Facility Partners Agree to 5-Year Cooperative Contract

Texas agencies can complete renovation projects through Centennial’s Job Order Contracting Programs.

HOUSTON, TX—August 24, 2009—Centennial Contractors Enterprises, a national leader in Job Order Contracting (JOC), was selected by Choice Facility Partners to be a vendor partner. The award was made based on evaluations of how Centennial’s proposal met Choice Facility Partner’s criteria and provided best value.

Choice Facility Partners pre-bids on services facilities need to streamline the procurement process for Harris County Department of Education as well as other education-related organizations, colleges, universities, municipalities, counties and other governmental entities and non-profits across the state.

Centennial uses JOC programs to manage renovation, rehabilitation and repair projects for a variety of facilities in Texas. Since entering the Texas market in 2006, it has performed nearly $60 million in renovation construction projects, with an average project size of under $100,000. The company achieved an average Customer Satisfaction Score of 3.98 on a 4.00 scale in 2008.
