Centennial Connection Gets Facelift

Reston, VA— February, 2010— Centennial employees were greeted by a fresh face in their mailboxes this quarter. The Connection, Centennial Construction Enterprises’ quarterly newsletter got a redesign beginning with the January 2010 edition.

The new colors and bold look were well received by many in the company, including President Mark Bailey, who exclaimed, “I LOVE the Newsletter!!!”

This issue focuses on Centennial’s sustainability efforts and includes a recap of 2009 and forecast of 2010 efforts; the winners of the sustainability President’s Challenge; and sustainable project profiles. It also contains regular columns about safety, new business and IT tips.

This and every issue of the newsletter is printed on recycled paper using vegetable-based inks and 100% wind power. It is distributed to current and past employees and clients.

“Change is always a difficult thing and after 15 years of this important publication basically remaining the same we felt it was time to evolve it forward. We have retained the best of the past, like the News from the Field and the message from the President while adding a fresh, new look and magazine feel to the publication,” said David Carrithers, Vice President of Marketing.
