Re-side and Re-roof Booster Station. Demolish siding where not usable as substrate for new siding. Demo HVAC penetrations and exterior trim. Demo shingles from roof entirely, patch roofing substrate as necessary. Furnish and install new 30-yr felt underlayment and 40-yr shingles throughout roof. Provide and install new drip edge throughout. Provide and install new fiber-cement vertical groove siding and trim. Provide final paint to stem wall, siding, trim, soffit, fascia and doors to match existing. |
