This facility schedules, manages and distributes all election machines for Harris County and the surrounding counties to Houston. Various local elections occur every month of the year except for July and August so only during this time period can the center allow access to the facility for construction purposes. Preorder and fabrication of all materials months prior to the construction period allowed us to meet the September deadline. Proper planning and coordination with the facility and two erection crews helped this project to meet its deadline within half the time allotted. |
