Centennial provided the scope of work and design for this roof and ADA access project and reviewed them with the Owner. Several value engineering items were suggested by CCE and
accepted by the Owner, including using steel for privacy screen walls instead of masonry and adding handrails along existing sidewalk for student safety. The Owner issued Centennial the notice to proceed on 12/11/02 and the project was completed on the agreed upon schedule. |
