| Scope: |
CCE performed a project for the Valley Metro Light Rail operations room which encompassed the complete replacement of the server room HVAC, and breathable airlines for the train paint booth. The operations building had been constructed and completed when it came to the Light Rails attention that the existing HVAC system was inadequate in its server room. CCE was brought in to completely remove the existing HVAC system and install 2 new and building isolated CRAC units. The challenges involved with this project included working in a occupied building and space, as well as working around the sensitive server equipment already in place. Further more, a overlooked breathable air system was needed to be installed for the train paint booth. |

CCE was able to perform all the work without having to bring the entire facility down with our coordination and knowledge of building procedures. This enabled the client to not have to face the delays in schedules associated with this work. |
