| Scope: |
Realign intersection from 3 way to 4 way in order to facilitate traffic into the MRF from Babbit Street. Demolition included:
clear and grub and remove existing Fur tree. Remove and dispose of approximately 1300 feet of existing sidewalk. Saw-cut and remove approximately 250 feet of curb and gutter. Remove existing street signs as noted.
Saw-cut and remove/dispose of existing asphalt. Remove existing catch basin and pipe. Remove section of existing entryway gate.
Remove existing foundation for luminated light poles. Remove existing pull boxes and conductors. Remove and salvage traffic signal equipment. Site work: install new curb, gutter and sidewalk per plan. Install new concrete the approach way. Install all asphalt per Maricopa Association of Government (MAG) standards. Install new catch basin and pipe per MAG standards. Install fencing as required from gate removal. Install handicap ramps per MAG standards. Complete all road patching as required. Hydroseed areas as disturbed. Electrical work: traffic signal hookup. Light pole relocation. Traffic control pertaining to signal work. Trench and backfill foundations for signal work.
