| Scope: |
Refinishing of Visitor's center existing concrete floor. Architectural included cleaning by chemical and/or mechanical abrasion approximately 2300 square feet of existing concrete floor. Repair minor structural cracks with compatible material. Apply primer to prepared surface. Place approximately 2300 sq. feet of Miracote Mirastamp Decorative Polymer Overlay System 1/4" to 3/8" thick. Miracote topping to recieve custom color, as chosen by owner. Stamp with pattern as chosen by owner. Apply a clear sealer with anti-skid particles as appropriate for the end use of the finish coating. Remove and reapply existing rubber base as required. Remove and install wooden base trim at reception counter. Clean and seal new floor system. |
