Small Business Administration Honors Centennial with Dwight D. Eisenhower Award

Centennial Contractors Enterprises was recently awarded the prestigious Dwight D. Eisenhower Award for Excellence in Construction by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The award recognizes large prime contractors who have excelled in their utilization of small businesses as suppliers and subcontractors.

 New Mexican Facilities Leaders Present at IFMA World Workplace

University of New Mexico Sr. Project Manager and IFMA Fellow Mary Gauer, and Centennial Contractors Enterprises former Sr. Manager of Market Development Lisa Cooley co-presented at IFMA World Workplace on October 8th. Both Mary and Lisa sit on tne New Mexico IFMA Board. The presentation titled "You want HOW much for that Change Order?: Controlling Construction Costs in the Public Sector," focused on how Job Order Contracting programs can help owners get a handle on construction costs. IFMA World Workplace is the annual gathering of the International Facility Managers Association, and attracts thousands of top facility managers in all sectors.
